What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 11:00 am on the day of departure. An early check-in may be granted if the home is ready in time. Just ask us! Late check out may also be available for $25 per two hours depending on our turnover schedule.
What is there to do in the area?
We provide our guests with a digital copy of our guestbook once the reservation is confirmed. There is also a print copy in each home for use during your stay. If you have questions about the area or recommendations let us know and we will be happy to provide answers.
What are your house rules and where can I find them?
House rules are unique to each home. You will find the house rules in the listing or on the reservation page. Be sure you read them in entirety. We do ask for you to confirm that you’ve read them and to ask us if you have any questions or concerns. A copy of the house rules can also be found in your reservation confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking and booked more than 7 days out, you will receive a 100% refund. You will also receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days before your stay. If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay, you will receive a 50% refund. If we are able to rebook the dates of your stay you may receive a refund. We advise all guests to purchase travel insurance for any travel that may need to be cancelled.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Thank you for asking! We really appreciate that. Some of our homes have a strict NO PETS policy while others accept dogs under 30 lbs. There is a charged pet fee of $35 per day per dog. Unfortunately, cats or any other animals may not accompany you during your stay.
Why should we book directly with you and not through another booking platform like Airbnb or Vrbo?
