This stay is for 2 separate condo units that can be rented together, making them ideal for a larger group (ie. families, coworkers, etc.).
These stylish and recently updated condos each have the same layout: 2 bedrooms; the first room has a king bed and the second has a queen bed. The two large bedrooms both have plenty of natural light, ample closet space, and premium bedding/furnishings. The space has 1 full bathroom, with a new combo shower/tub, and is stocked with healthy and sustainable Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash/hand soap, and lotion.
There's a full, modern kitchen in both condos - allowing for plenty of cooking space during your stay! There are brand-new stainless steel appliances stocked with cooking essentials. There is also a brand-new washer and dryer for guests to use in each condo. Beautiful exposed brick can be found throughout the condo, giving it a modern yet cozy feeling.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Our condo is located in the Victorian Village neighborhood of Columbus. This area is known for its quaint, leafy streets lined with beautiful historic homes in a variety of architectural styles. It’s ideal for going on walks and taking in the local beauty. At the southern tip of the neighborhood is Goodale Park, a large park with a basketball court, baseball diamond, gardens, playground, tennis court, and walking trails. It’s also the setting for annual music festivals. Overlooking the park is a contemporary art exhibition and free sculpture garden.
GUEST ACCESS
For the convenience of our guests, we use a smart-lock system which allows for easy, no-contact check-in.
The condo has two parking spaces.
For outdoor space, there is a partially enclosed shared fenced yard that guests may use. The condo is two blocks away from Thompson Park, a lovely, inclusive park with basketball nets, a playground, and a recreation center.

If you are looking to book for a smaller group, we offer these condos as individual stays rather than booking the two of them together.
The second condo is on the upper level, therefore guests must climb stairs to access one of the units.
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Kroger supermarket, Victorian Village Market (selling beer/wine) are all close by. Most attractions and essentials are a short walk away, however, there’s plenty of transportation options as well!

Minimum Age to Reserve:
Guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve this condo. A responsible adult of at least 21 years old must reserve and be present for the duration of the stay. In other words, you can not make a 3rd party booking, i.e. reserve this home for other persons.
If you are a housing coordinator for an organization please send us your information in your booking request and we will contact you for housing arrangements for your staff/guests. Confirmation will be required.
Check-in and Check-out:
You may check in from 4 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. You will receive a key code to gain access to the property 24 hours before the earliest check-in time.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per check-in and check-out.
Noise:
Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 11pm – 7am), and upon arrival and departure.
Parking:
One free parking spot is available on the property. Additional street parking is available as well. However, please be aware of emergency lanes and do not block them under any circumstances. The property owner accepts no responsibility for losses or fines incurred as a result.
Weapons policy:
Weapons, including firearms, are NOT permitted at the property without prior permission from the host. If a guest brings a weapon onto the property, the host can cancel the booking immediately without reimbursement. In the event of this happening and if weapons are left behind at the property, the authorities will be called to retrieve them and it will be up to the guest to figure out how to get their property back.
Pets:
It is our pleasure to allow dogs only in Condo A on a case by case basis. No other animals are accepted and dogs must not be in Condo D as it is an animal free space. Two (2) dogs maximum only. Dogs must be under 30 pounds. There is a $35 fee per dog, per night, with a monthly cap at $210. Dogs must be fully potty trained and must not be allowed on furniture. Please pick up after your dogs and crate them if you have to leave them alone for any amount of time. Even well-behaved dogs can become anxious when left alone in new surroundings and may cause damage by chewing and scratching. Dog guests must be leashed outside of the home.
Smoking:
Strictly no smoking in the condo or on the premises. Disposal of butts in the bushes or grassed area is absolutely prohibited, and the owner reserves the right to charge for cleaning and/or damages incurred by smoking indoors or carelessly discarded butts.
Parties:
Beautiful Memories Getaways and Airbnb have a NO parties policy. In addition to this, absolutely no glitter or confetti! If you use glitter, there will be a $250 cleaning fee on top of the normal cleaning fee.
Visitors & Events:
Strictly registered guests only. No unregistered visitors are permitted, and the property may not be used as the base for a party under any circumstances. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave, additional cleaning costs being charged, and guests being reported to Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
Garbage and Recycling:
To help us avoid unwanted pests we do ask as a courtesy to please dispose of food waste. This includes loading dirty dishes and starting the dishwasher, and removing food waste from the home. Guests are requested to remove the trash and recycling and place them outside in the designated receptacle/area at the side of the building when they leave the property at the end of their stay.
IMPORTANT:
The owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the rental, any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
All damages and breakages must be reported as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in additional fees. To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
